The concept car Scion Hako was released at the New York Auto Show back in March 2008. The color of the Scion Hako was orange, which isn’t my first choice in car color. In fact, it isn’t my second or third choice either. I guess it would be my last choice of car color right down there with school bus yellow.
If you ask me, the Scion Hako is not ugly at all. It looks like a car you would see in the Disney Pixar movie Cars. I’m not so sure if many people would think of this statement as a compliment, but I rather like the cartoonish and video gamish look of the Scion Hako. It is also called the Hako Coupe because of its coupe design, by the way.
I do enjoy the windows on the Hako Coupe as it gives you a full 360 angle view on the car when you are on the inside. Or at least that is what it seems to look like from the outside. I can’t really tell you if this statement is true or not because I have never actually been inside of the Hako Coupe.
The Scion Hako’s headlights are LED which is a big plus for driving at night. LED lights provide great virtually natural light that is better for seeing than the conventional and standard headlights that have an ugly yellow tint to it. The Hako’s headlights seem to be quite wide which makes it even better.
My final thoughts on the Scion Hako concept car is that it looks very modern and futuristic. The question is, though, is that is it perhaps ahead of its own time? I would not plan to purchase the Scion Hako if it were available on the market for retail purchase (which it is not at this time), but I could definitely see myself driving one down the street. The look of the Scion Hako is so different from all these cookie-cutter cars we have now that I predict it will be a definite head turner.
I wonder where I could buy a Scion Hako or see one in person. I guess the logical thing to do would be to find a local Scion dealer. Finding a good Scion dealer who can provide the right financing package for a new Scion Hako would be the first step, don’t you think? New car dealers have staff that are trained to help you fall in love with even an ugly car like the Scion Hako. I guess a Toyota dealer would be the place to look if I couldn’t find a Scion dealer. Perhaps I should consider a used Scion instead. I think that I should first try to connect up with a new car loan that would help me purchase a new Scion. That would be the best thing to do, get an affordable car loan. It is hard to find an inexpensive car loan these days. Don’t you think so? Well, I hope that I will see the new Scion Hako on showroom floors soon so that I can tell if it is ugly or not. That is if I can find a Scion dealer who carries it.
I like to purchase used cars even at car dealerships so I would also go with a used Scion instead of a brand new car. I am sure that all Scion dealers will want to get the Hako Coupe because it just may turn out to be a popular car.
I do hope that I will see the Scion Hako in the showrooms soon also because it is indeed an interesting car. If you saw any Scion Hako pictures, you will know what I am talking about. Thank you for stopping by and leaving your thoughts.
